Briarwood Wide Bowl Smoking Pipe with Aromatic Red Cedar Inlayed Cap

This pipe is made from vintage Italian Briarwood with its own unique imperfections. The wood was originally harvested in the 1960s. After being in storage for over half a century, the raw wood made its way to the United States and eventually in to the hands of our artisans.

The cap is inlayed with Eastern Red Cedar, or Juniperus virginiana, also known as aromatic cedar for the pungent aroma of the naturally occurring oils. This species of juniper is native to eastern North America from southeastern Canada to the Gulf of Mexico.

The bowl is on the wider side and the stem is an easy to hold slender, round shape.

Please note: The pictures are of this style of pipe but the pipe your purchase may not be an exact match in grain, color, or exact size. That said, they are always grouped to match the hardwoods, style and will be very close to the same dimensions.
