Shipping policy

Please Note: To protect minors and maintain the legality of our products, we do not sell to anyone under the age of 21. An adult signature is required on all deliveries. The cost for this service is automatically added to the UPS total at checkout ($6.70). Thank you for your understanding.

Discreet Shipping:

Our deliveries are via UPS and we use the discreet plain brown box with Outside the Box Studios or OTBS as the sender on the Label.

International Shipping:

Sorry for the inconvenience but we do not deliver internationally.

Time for Delivery:

For in stock items, we typically package and ship from our studio within 3 business days. We use UPS as our delivery service and depending on where you are located in the U.S., prices may vary.

Shipping Costs: 

In order to ensure the recipients of our pieces are over 21 we require an adult signature on all deliveries. Exceptions to this may be made for established customers who have already had their age verified. We reserve the right to make decisions on this on a case by case basis. Costs for shipping are variable, depending on your order and location, and include the cost of the adult verification signature fees. As of 11/27/21 the adult signature fee is $6.70.

Sorry, but at this time we do not have local delivery and pick-up.

Order Tracking:

Order confirmation and shipping confirmation including tracking information is emailed during each of these stages. For questions on your order or shipping, please contact us at info@smokerspipeline.com. 

Damaged Products:

If you somehow receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@smokerspipeline.com with photos of the following:

  • If you notice damage on the outside of the delivery box, please take a picture of it before opening the package.
  • Please take a picture of exterior of the Smoker's Pipeline box.
  • Once unwrapped, take a picture of the damaged item.
  • Then please take a close up shot of the damaged part(s).

All damaged products must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to check all the items upon delivery. Smoker's Pipeline will not be held responsible for breakage not reported to us in a timely manner. Once we receive your email, we will respond within the day or the next possible business day. We thank you for your understanding.

Lost or Stolen Items:

Smoker's Pipeline is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once out of our direct control. Please contact UPS as soon as possible to file a claim.
